Lease Renewals / Handling Move-Out Process:

Lease Renewals:

Renewing the lease with a good tenant saves you a lot of time and money. At least 75 days prior to lease expiration date, we initiate a conversation with you determining your plans with your property. If you decide to continue to lease the property, under your direction, we discuss the lease terms with the tenant, draft a lease extension document.

Handling Move-Out Process:

If the tenant decides to move out at the end of their lease, we will inspect the property per our security deposit process.  Showings of the property will start before the tenant vacates to property. In most cases, we place a new tenant into the property a few days after the old tenant moves out.

Eviction Services:

In the rare and unfortunate case where you need to evict your Wake County tenant for various reasons such as nonpayment of the rent to breach of contract, Ballo Property Management provides you services to facilitate the process.
